We will use a powerful curves adjustment hack that will allow you to click once and fix skin tones. This technique will be a great addition to your portrait retouching workflow.
You will have to fine-tune the image after you apply the initial adjustment, but Photoshop will do most of the hard work for you. You only have to experiment with Opacity or Blending Modes to see what gives you a better result.
