Community

Community

In 2025, we got one step closer to reaching 6 million registrations! The number of registered users increased by an average of 32,000 new players per month throughout the year.

On average, 33,000 unique users played per day. Together, you played for a total of 23.3 million hours on the servers. Users played for 183 minutes (3.05 hours) per session.

The busiest day on our servers this year was on the 21st December, with 50,400 unique players and a collective playtime of 95,900 hours (that’s 345,240,000 seconds!). December turned out to be the busiest month on average, with an average of 40,300 unique players per day and 73,300 hours of playtime per day.

The community gathered almost 41,000 event achievements and 32,526 awards throughout the year, and started a whopping 4 million jobs in November and December. You also took part in delivery events as part of the Easter and Halloween events, completing 137,000 jobs in April and 151,000 in October.

Throughout the year, we received a total of 1,770,000 reports, with approximately 1,520,000 in-game reports and 250,000 web reports. These resulted in 340,000 bans (including 2,734 permanent bans), with 152,000 issued via web reports and 189,000 directly in the game. In response to those bans, we received a total of 115,000 appeals, meaning roughly 1 appeal for every 3 bans, of which 7.03% led to a change to the ban.

We are increasing our efforts to handle in-game reports. In the early years of TruckersMP, we were only able to process around 1% of all reports. By 2025, this has risen to 19% of the total. This is a large improvement, and we will continue working to increase this further and improve your experience.
